I have had the opportunity to work with Neil Lebowitz and found him accessible, personable, and
knowledgeable. Neil spent a lot of time working with me on a complicated real estate case. It
involved a death, mortgage foreclosure, estranged heirs who had to be tracked down, a reluctant
public administrator, and a real estate sale. Neil provided excellent, well thought out advice on
complex issues. Everything was new for me. He worked with me every step of the way. His
help and support were invaluable during what was a very difficult time.

I do not write many reviews but want to let everyone know how outstanding Neil is. I highly
recommend Neil to anyone dealing with real estate law and estate connected matters!

Neil Lebowitz is a consummate professional and I had an excellent experience working with him personally when I was opening my real estate office 11 years ago. He helped me through the planning board process to get my office located at my residence. I also have had him be the buyer’s attorney for my clients. He was very helpful with my client but also with me as the buyer’s agent. Neil was a knowledgeable attorney who answered all my client’s questions and was happy to explain every step of the process. Most importantly, Neil broke down every legal term in the lengthy and complicated contract so that they could understand what they were doing. He is a skilled negotiator who knew which provisions to change to their benefit. Every time a difficulty arose, Neil knew how to deal with it. Most important is that he kept us all apprised of what was happening throughout the process. Neil is smart, realistic, efficient, pleasant, and very experienced: all the qualities that you want in an attorney who is helping you buy or sell your house. Being an owner broker of a real estate office, he is on my short list of attorneys to recommend.
